Privacy Policy

Seadata Sp. z o. o. respects the personal data of its customers and platform users and complies with the requirements of personal data protection arising from the applicable laws, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what rights users have regarding their personal data.

Terms

Platform - encompasses the online CORAL system launched in a web browser located at the addresses https://coral.seadata.pl and https://system.mobilemonitoring.pl, as well as the CORAL mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

 

Scope of Personal Data

The platform collects only users' email addresses, which are necessary for logging in and using the platform. We do not collect or process any other personal data, including location data or information about user activities on the platform.

 

Use of Personal Data

Users' email addresses are used solely for the purpose of enabling login to the platform and are not used for any other purposes.

 

Sharing of Data

We confirm that we do not share users' personal data with any third parties. Personal data is used solely to the extent necessary to provide services through the platform.

 

Data Security

We are committed to protecting the security of personal data. We employ appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, accidental loss, alteration, or destruction.

 

User Rights

Users have the right to access their personal data, to correct it, delete it, or restrict its processing. Users may also withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, which results in the deletion of the account along with all personal data.

Cookies

To facilitate the use of the platform and monitor how it is used, the management mechanism utilizes technology called "Cookies" - information saved by the platform's server, the hosting operator on the user's computer, or mobile device.

The platform uses three types of cookies:

  • Session - temporary files stored on the user's platform device until logging out, leaving the website, or closing the web browser;
  • Persistent - stored on the user's platform device for a specified period of time defined in their parameters or until deleted by the user;
  • Local storage - stored on the user's platform device for an indefinite period or until deleted by the user;

The purpose of using cookie technology is not to acquire personal data of visitors to the platform but to maintain the user's session on the platform, eliminating the need for users to enter their password and login each time.
